Carol Hulce, Broker

Prior to becoming a real estate broker in 1981, my background was solidly based in marketing. A graduate of Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, I practiced advertising, public relations and marketing both in agencies and in house for companies from health care to full service realty firms.  I also worked in fields complementary to real estate: property tax consulting and commercial mortgage brokerage, but when the practice of real estate shifted to permit and even demand buyer representation, I knew that would be the way to best serve my clients.

My husband Josh Hulce and I will celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary this year. Our daughter, Hillary, is a Construction/Project Manager with Trammell Crow Realty in Southern California.   Josh, a member of the Florida Bar Association,  runs the title insurance arm of our family owned "bundled" real estate services firm, Hulce Realty Resources, Inc.

Working as a Naples real estate agent has provided me with great satisfaction in that I'm able to help people with very serious, but fun, life decisions. Other Naples real estate agents spend their time looking for new business, but we focus our time on serving current clients. I grew up in Grand Blanc, Michigan. After graduating from the University of Tampa in 1987, I attended the University of Miami School of law, and graduated with my law degree in 1990.  I devote a large portion of my free time to officiating high school football and baseball.  I am also actively involved in officiating Little League Baseball and Pop Warner Football.

After working 18 years in the financial services and residential lending fields I decided to seek a more satisfying career path.  I craved a more active and social career where I was in control of my future, and working as a Naples real estate agent fit this profile perfectly.

With a business built on referrals I'm able to spend more time with clients and family and this provides the foundation for strong relationships in both areas. I am originally from Southington, Connecticut until my high school graduation, then I moved to Florida, now for more than 22 years. I have a Bachlor of Science Degree in Management from Florida Atlantic University. After completing my degree on the East Coast of Florida, I moved the the West Coast, Clearwater, Florida.

While working in the finance industry, I meet my husband, Steven. We have been married for over 10 years and have a 7 year old son, Alexander. 

My husband and I moved to Naples in 1998, where I became a Title Agent. For over 10 years, I continue to work as a Real Estate Closer. My natural progression in this industry is to a Sales Associate. I have encountered many transactions throughout these years. My goal is to make the transaction process as seemless as possible. Buying or selling a home is the largest decision in our lives, and it should be professional executed too.

My life experiences and knowledge of living in Naples for over 10 years will be of value to potential buyers and sellers in the Naples market. I look forward to meeting and working with you in the future.
